We guarantee that our gemstones are accurately represented in their product descriptions. Where a sapphire is described as natural, unheated or GIA Approved Heatd, this description is supported by our professional assessment and, where appropriate, independent gemological certification.
Any known treatment or enhancement will be clearly disclosed. We believe you should have a complete understanding of your sapphire before making your purchase.
Independent Gemological Certification
For selected gemstones, we provide or recommend independent certification from recognised gemological laboratories. A professional laboratory report can provide independent information regarding the gemstone's natural status, treatment and other important characteristics.
