Free shipping is available for all orders within the UK.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of payment being received (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Shipping is provided via a Royal Mail Special Delivery. courier and delivery times vary depending on the buyer’s location. We are not responsible for any delays or damages that occur during shipping.

UK Royal Mail Special Delivery:

Your order is tracked and a signature is required on delivery. Place your order by 2pm for next working day dispatch (Monday to Friday) delivery lead time 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday).

EUROPE DELIVERY:

We will shortly update for further information on EU customs duties and taxes.

Royal Mail Tracked Delivery

Estimated transit time is 7-14 days working days. Your order is tracked and a signature may be required on delivery. Sent via Royal Mail.

• Parcels cannot be sent to a PO Box.
• Some options may be unavailable for certain countries. Portuguese and Swiss customers – please email us for options.

We do not provide any warranty or guarantee on the gemstones we sell. In the event of any damages caused by the gemstones, our liability will be limited to the purchase price of the gemstones. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

Signed / Tracked

We will shortly update for further information on international customs duties and taxes.

Estimated transit time 7-28 days. A signature may be required on delivery. Tracking may be available in certain countries. Sent via Royal Mail.

• Parcels cannot be sent to a PO Box, with the exception of the Middle East.
• Some options may be unavailable for certain countries.

Returns

If the buyer is not satisfied with their purchase, they may return the gemstones within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For more info: https://ceylonblue.co.uk/refund-and-exchange-policy The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and the gemstones must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be issued within 21 days of receipt of the returned gemstones.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any modified terms and conditions.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: GiftAllUK Limited, 6 Cavendish Close, Maidenhead, Buckinghamshire, Post Code: SL6 0NH, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a track and sign shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Special Notes:

We would like to inform you that the delivery times provided are approximate and subject to unforeseeable delays beyond our control, such as COVID-19, BREXIT, and unfavorable weather conditions. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded for delayed deliveries, except in the case of Royal Mail UK Special Delivery. We appreciate your understanding in these exceptional circumstances.

Any customers located outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs and import duties, product or import restrictions, quotas, permits, and other local regulations. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full. It is recommended that customers verify the requirements for their respective countries, as they may vary.
