UK Royal Mail Special Delivery:
Your order is tracked and a signature is required on delivery. Place your order by 2pm for next working day dispatch (Monday to Friday) delivery lead time 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday).

We do not provide any warranty or guarantee on the gemstones we sell. In the event of any damages caused by the gemstones, our liability will be limited to the purchase price of the gemstones. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.

Returns
If the buyer is not satisfied with their purchase, they may return the gemstones within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For more info: https://ceylonblue.co.uk/refund-and-exchange-policy The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and the gemstones must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be issued within 21 days of receipt of the returned gemstones.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any modified terms and conditions.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: GiftAllUK Limited, 6 Cavendish Close, Maidenhead, Buckinghamshire, Post Code: SL6 0NH, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a track and sign shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
