Refunds and Exchange

If the buyer is not satisfied with their purchase, they may return the gemstones within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and the gemstones must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be issued within 21 days of receipt of the returned gemstones.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any modified terms and conditions.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, we can not exchange for the same item. Exchange cab be made to a similar item or equal to same amount of product price or less. We would like to inform you that the delivery times provided are approximate and subject to unforeseeable delays beyond our control, such as COVID-19, BREXIT, and unfavorable weather conditions. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded for delayed deliveries, except in the case of Royal Mail UK Special Delivery. We appreciate your understanding in these exceptional circumstances.

Any customers located outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs and import duties, product or import restrictions, quotas, permits, and other local regulations. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full. It is recommended that customers verify the requirements for their respective countries, as they may vary.
